I’ve usually worked close to the nerve center of an organisation: growth planning, operating cadence, cross-functional execution, customer experience, product-adjacent problem solving, and the translation layer between ambition and delivery.
Working with the founder and CBO on the growth of the New Projects vertical. Delivered 1.6x topline growth over the last year, while leading planning, reporting, analytics, and cross-functional execution across product, engineering, finance, and marketing.
I also manage a team of 12 and spend a large part of the role on business cases, operating plans, and the mechanics of making new ideas executable.
Led central strategy and operations work spanning organisational strategy, planning, due diligence, operational problem-solving, and CEO office priorities. The role sat close to leadership, fundraising, and institutional direction.
Held multiple roles across growth, fulfilment, operations, user experience, and customer success. Managed revenue portfolios, enterprise relationships, large teams, product-roadmap collaboration, and customer experience functions at scale.
Built and operated across different contexts: an early skilling venture, regional operations at OYO, and consulting work on digital products and training systems with the Syngenta Foundation.
Started in process engineering, working on production optimisation and process-flow thinking before moving into business roles later.
